Originally designed to be placed on heated brick platform beds, these cabinets offer versatile usage at home. It is an ideal piece to hold a small TV, sound system or a decorative vase or table lamp. With sturdy structure it is strong enough to be used as an occasional seat while dressing or a casual conversation.

From a design point of view the doors pivot on rails giving a sense of presence akin to courtyard doors. There are peony carvings on the spandrels and lower apron which symbolises a wish for the owner to have a prosperous life.
