Artist Statement
Alba is a pleasant town with a medieval core at the heart of Italy’s Langhe district. The region is famous for Barolo wine, beautiful rose veal and truffles. Unsurprisingly it hosts a three Michelin star restaurant but also much less expensive but delicious regional specialities like Vitello Tonnato served by simple trattorie.
