Tractor Tracks by Roger Beale AO
When I saw these tracks from the Frecciarossa travelling between Bologna and Rome they immediately reminded me of Paul Nash’s Battle of Britain – a very famous painting in the Imperial War Museum. I felt I had to paint them.

About the Artist
Roger Beale AO is a traditional painter who is inspired by the beauty in life.
Roger trained part time at the Queensland Technical College and with teachers including Betty and Roy Churcher, Jon Molvig, Andrew Sibley and Melville Heysom. Peter Kennedy, Mike Parr and Mervyn Moriarty were Brisbane contemporaries.
